MOST COMPREHENSIVE DOORS BROCHURE EVER FROM JELD-WEN
JELD-WEN, one of the UK’s leading door manufacturers, has released its most comprehensive trade catalogue ever, featuring exciting new styles for internal and external doors, as well its existing popular ranges.
The highlights of the JELD-WEN doors catalogue 2011/2012 include an exciting new specification and range of sizes for the popular Oregon White Oak range, new moulded doors with both glazed and unglazed versions and new French and sliding folding patio doors, to enhance and add value to the home.
The Oak Oregon, Aston and Shaker doors from JELD-WEN’s oak feature range have been released in an attractive American White Oak veneer and are supplied with a 15mm matching American White Oak outer edge lipping to offer greater scope for trimming during installation. JELD-WEN has also added extra sizes into its ranges, to further extend choice for buyers.
New moulded doors include the Newark, Linea and Cube designs, all of which come with a stylish glazed door option to allow more light between rooms. The design of the Newark takes its inspiration from the popular Oak Oregon cottage door, with an authentic appearance and subtle graining pattern making it suitable for both traditional and contemporary homes. The Newark is available in both 6 Light and Vertical etch glazed versions.
The Linea moulded range features contemporary styling with a smooth, sleek finish coupled with clean horizontal lines, giving the door a designer look. The two glazed doors include a 5 light clear and single light etched glazed version, both of which add character and distinctiveness to any home.
The Cube moulded door features a single geometric square design, combined with a smooth finish, making it a distinctive feature in any room. Again, two glazed versions are available, including 5 light and single light clear glazed designs.
Building on the popularity of JELD-WEN’s Secure-Fit Flat and Apartment Entrance Doorsets, is the new FD60 specification. Complementing the existing FD30 (30 minute fire rated) door, this range is perfect for apartment developments and is fully compliant with building regulations Part M, B, E and L. The new FD60 version further enhances safety for occupants and their possessions in the event of a fire.
In addition, to further enhance its Room Fold Plus range, JELD-WEN has released new oak frames to complement the style of the door and enhance the overall effect.
Two stunning French doorsets have been released this year by JELD-WEN. This includes the Oak Canberra and Wellington French doorsets, which have been launched in response to demand from homeowners and housebuilders for a classic French door version of these popular sliding folding patio doors. The Oak Canberra French door is a premium doorset manufactured from 54mm solid laminated oak and the Wellington patio door is produced from 44mm engineered softwood, which is supplied fully finished in white to provide a superior appearance and long lasting performance.
